Disney Plus Debuts Trailer for ‘Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe’

Disney+ dropped the trailer for the upcoming movie “Phineas and Ferb The Movie: Candace Against the Universe,” which streams August 28.

The film, a brand spinoff of the TV show, has stepbrothers Phineas and Ferb on a mission to rescue their annoying sister Candace, who has been kidnapped by aliens and taken to a galaxy far, far away.

The cast includes actors from the original series: Ashley Tisdale as Candace Flynn; Vincent Martella as Phineas Flynn; Caroline Rhea as their mom, Linda; Dee Bradley Baker as Perry the Platypus; Alyson Stoner as Isabella; Maulik Pancholy as Baljeet; Bobby Gaylor as Buford; Olivia Olson as Vanessa Doofenshmirtz; Tyler Mann as Carl; and Povenmire and Marsh as Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram, respectively.

David Errigo Jr. joins the cast as Ferb Fletcher.

Added bonus: Actor-comedians Ali Wong and Wayne Brady have joined the movie line-up.

All four seasons of the original series “Phineas and Ferb,” along with the Disney Channel original movie “Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension,” are streamable on Disney+.

Beginning August 25, all episodes will be presented on Disney XD leading up to the movie’s premiere.
