Peacock Announces New Variety Show Featuring Seth MacFarlane, to Benefit Charities

Peacock is partnering up with Seth MacFarlane to do their part for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In an announcement posted on Twitter, the streaming service revealed they’ll be launching “The At-Home Variety Show,” which will feature various megastars from the NBCUniversal family, including Seth MacFarlane.

The show is a daily short-form series that aims to raise awareness and support for three national non-profit organizations — Feeding America, Americares and United Way — who are providing critical services to essential workers and those communities most in need

“We are excited to stream The At-Home Variety Show on Peacock,” said Bill McGoldrick, president of original content, Peacock. “Peacock’s launch coincides with a moment in our history when connection, community and content are more important than ever. We want to deliver fun and timely content in a way that only Peacock can, by bringing together entertainment, news and sports to support these great charities.”

The show will feature stars such as Fred Armisen, Lauren Ash, Elizabeth Banks, Stephanie Beatriz, Elizabeth Berkley Lauren, Kate Berlant, The Bella Twins, D’Arcy Carden, Kate del Castillo, Todd Chrisley, Andy Cohen, Terry Crews, Eugenio Derbez, Ed Helms and many more.

For those who are Xfinity X1 and Flex customers and already have Peacock, the show can be found under the “Browse” and “Trending” sections, according to Deadline. Those who don’t have access to the streaming service as yet, can watch the show at YouTube.com/PeacockTV. “The At-Home Variety Show,” premieres today at 7 p.m. ET and will run for four weeks.
