Acerca de Cadete Kelly

Kelly Collins (Hilary Duff) es una adolescente, llena de creatividad y siempre a la última en temas de moda, que se ve forzada a ingresar en una academia militar donde su padastro ejerce como comandante en jefe. A pesar de su torpeza, que provocará que su entrenamiento como recluta sea una verdadera chapuza, Kelly luchará para adaptarse.
