Magnolia Selects Review
Indie distributor Magnolia Pictures continually adds content to its streaming service, Magnolia Selects, which has lots of popular films like “Melancholia,” “Let the Right One In,” and “Compliance” as well as many niche choices, comedy, documentaries, and genre-focused content.
Aside from the free seven-day trial, the subscription costs $4.99/month. It is also available as a channel through Sling TV and Amazon Prime Video. In addition, there are plans for “sub-genre subscriptions” that gives access to specific genres (action, comedy, horror, etc.) for $2.99/month.

The platform contains TV shows like “Fighting Words with Mike Straka,” “A Look Back,” “Tom Green Live,” “Myths & Monsters,” “Murder Maps,” as well as streams of fighting championships and boxing matches like “Xtreme Fighting,” “Titan Fighting,” “Perfect 10 Model Boxing,” “Ring of Honor,” and more.
Movies
The streaming-VOD service collates hundreds of films from Magnolia’s library that aren’t on other SVOD platforms. It also showcases well-known titles like documentary “Blackfish,” and “Food INC,” along with features with A-listers like “Serena,” “To the Wonder,” “All Good Things,” “Marrow Bone,” “The Hunter,” “Frank,” among many others.
