Disney+ has nearly arrived and with it comes the debut of the highly anticipated, “The Mandalorian.” The show is the first ever live-action Star Wars series set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. It follows a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

About The Mandalorian

The Mandalorian is the first ever live-action Star Wars series set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. Starring Pedro Pascal, Giancarlo Esposito, Carl Weathers and Gina Carano, the series follows a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

What is The Mandalorian Release Schedule?

Unlike Netflix, which opts for the binge-watching model, Disney+, (along with Apple TV+ and HBO Max) has opted to release episodes on a weekly basis. Though the first episode is live today, most of the seven remaining episodes will come out every Friday until the season finale on December 27. The lone exception will be penultimate episode, which will be released Wednesday, December 18.
