The new week comes with a number of premieres on TV. On Quibi, things take a strange turn as secrets and lies in a small neighborhood are exposed in “The Stranger.” The show is one of a slew now available on the short-form streaming service.

“The Voice” and the second season premiere of “Songland” airs on NBC, while ABC ushers in the new series “The Baker and the Beauty” at 10 p.m. ET. FOX carries on the buzz surrounding Netflix’s widely popular docu-series “Tiger King” with their own investigation looking into the disappearance of Don Lewis. The special airs at 9 p.m. ET.
