Sling TV Updates Their Interface on Apple TV with New Home Screen

In January, Sling TV had a major overhaul of their Apple TV app. Their new app added an updated grid guide, more informative show pages, improved player controls, and better management of favorites & recordings.

Now, the company has streamlined the app to better match the rest of the interface. The top half of the app is now dedicated to more information as your scroll over different tiles throughout the app. Because everything is now swipe-able, it feels more efficient to move around the Apple TV App.

This comes after making other small tweaks over the last few months including channel sorting, easy toggling of grid/image view, and one-click favoriting of channels.
