After a week that saw the debut of All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite set new records for TNT in its inaugural broadcast on Wednesday, now it’s WWE’s turn. Last June, Fox announced a five-year deal, $1 billion deal to bring WWE: SmackDown to the network and a move back to Friday nights.

Tonight, Fox will debut the all-new Smackdown with a new set, graphics, and even more fire. In the debut, which will be a 20th anniversary celebration live from the Staples Center, both past and present stars will be in attendance including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Hulk Hogen”, Goldberg, Mick Foley, and Ric Flair.
The debut fight card will see Brock Lesnar vs. Kofi Kingston, Roman Reigns vs. Erick Rowan, Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks & Bayley, and Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon.
The SmackDown announcing team will bring together Michael Cole and Cory Graves, with Vic Joseph, Dio Maddin, and Jerry Lawler shifting to Monday Night Raw. Ahead of the 8pm ET telecast, they will do a “Blue Carpet” show starting at 7:30 ET.
