When Will New Marvel Movies Be on Disney+?

Disney announced they are delaying release plans for several of their 2022 films which include,“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” “Thor: Love and Thunder,” and “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” This also means “The Marvels” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” won’t be in theaters until 2023.

Since a few production complications has pushed everything back, Marvel has to wait for all other releases because the universe is so complex and interconnected. Variety states, “any production delay causes a domino effect on the rest of the franchise.”

So if theater-goers have to wait longer, Disney+ subscribers will have to be extra patient. Disney movies typically play exclusively in theaters for 45 days before they appear on digital platforms. Nothing has been solidified by Disney for the year 2022 and later.

Remember, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” is distributed by Sony, so it will arrive on STARZ first.

Here are our estimated guesses on when the newest Marvel films will arrive on your home screens.
