Just weeks after pitchers and catchers reported for duty (and an on-going cheating scandal), 2020 MLB Spring Training is here. Unlike the regular season, not every game is available to stream — but fortunately this year there are more ways than ever to stream your favorite baseball team's Spring Training games even if you’ve cut the cord.
Some games will air locally on your team’s Regional Sports Network, but if you live away from your favorite team, you will be able to watch additional national telecasts on MLB Network, ESPN+, and MLB.TV (the league’s out of market package).
With new RSNs like the Chicago Cubs, Marquee Sports Network, which you can watch on Hulu Live TV, and carriage disputes over Regional Sports Networks — we’ve broke down the best way to stream every team.
If you Live in the Same Market as Your Favorite Team
There are five major streaming providers that offer Live TV Streaming. These allow you to watch games live using iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Chromecast, and Web.
This is the best option for fans that want to watch local in-market games on your regional sports network, as well as nationally televised games on MLB Network.
Starting at ~$30 a month, it’s an inexpensive way to stream your team’s games without having to commit to a cable subscription. When the season is over, you can cancel your subscription and save some money during the offseason.

If you live in the same market as your favorite team, most of their Spring Training games will be on a local regional sports network. You can stream 23 of 29 U.S.-based MLB teams locally on Live TV Streaming Services.
As of right now, the newly launched Marquee Sports Network which will air the entire Chicago Cubs Spring Training schedule — is only available to stream on Hulu Live TV ($55) and AT&T TV NOW ($80).
While fuboTV lost Fox Regional Sports Networks and YES Network to start the year, they are one of the few services that offers NESN and the only one to stream Houston Astros games on AT&T SportsNet Southwest.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to stream the Baltimore Orioles (MASN), Colorado Rockies (AT&T Sports Rocky Mountain), Los Angeles Dodgers (Spectrum SportsNet LA), Pittsburgh Pirates (AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh), Seattle Mariners (ROOT Sports Northwest), and Washington Nationals (MASN) regular season games in your local market.

Spring Training National Telecasts
MLB Network
During Spring Training, MLB Network will broadcast 62 telecasts. Of those games, 18 of them are national telecasts, while 44 of the games are available only for fans outside of the local market.
To stream MLB Network, you will either need to subscribe to Sling TV or YouTube TV.
ESPN
Most services include ESPN in their basic plan. ESPN will broadcast 4 games during Spring Training starting on March 2nd with Mike Trout and the Los Angeles Angels visiting Anthony Rizzo and the Chicago Cubs.

Spring Training Out-Of-Market Telecasts
ESPN+
During Spring Training, ESPN+, the OTT services from ESPN will allow fans to stream six games using the ESPN App. Local market blackout restrictions apply, so you won’t be able to watch games that are airing locally in your city.

If you live away from your favorite team, you can still catch nearly every game. The MLB offers it’s out-of-market package, MLB.TV, for $121.99 to watch every team — which includes almost 300 Spring Training games. There is a 30% discount for Students and Military Members.
Starting last season, you can subscribe on Amazon Prime Video Channels. You can stream on all major devices like Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, PS4, Xbox, iOS, Android, and Web.
Unfortunately, all games on FOX, ESPN, and local broadcasts will be blacked out. You will need a Live TV Streaming Service for that.
