American Express has updated the bonus cash back categories for their AMEX Blue Cash Preferred card to include streaming services. This include music subscriptions like Spotify, Apple Music, subscription video services like HBO NOW, Netflix, & Prime Video, as well as Live TV Streaming Services like DIRECTV NOW, fuboTV, Hulu Live TV, Sling TV, & YouTube TV. A full list of services is below.

If you subscribe to a service like YouTube TV, you would receive $36 back a year with the card. There is no limit though, so if you have multiple streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, you would earn even more. The card doesn’t have an annual fee and gives 5% on different categories every quarter, and then 1% on everything else.
