This is How to Watch the Midterm Elections without Cable

Tomorrow is the midterm election where the people will decide on 435 House of Representatives, 35 Senators, and 36 State Governors.

It’s never been easier to watch full election coverage even if you’ve already gotten rid of cable or satellite. There are options to stream your local affiliate, national network coverage, and cable news.

1. Watch the Midterm Elections with an Antenna

Just like the old days, you can still pick up local channels from CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC from an antenna. Outside of the cost of the antenna, you won’t pay a thing to watch election coverage.

If you live within 35 miles of the broadcast signal, you will likely be able to pick up your locals channels with a cheap indoor antenna ($15-30).

We suggest the Mohu Leaf 30 (30-mile range) or Mohu Leaf 50 (60-mile range) depending on line of sight.

Here are a few we recommend:

Mohu Leaf 30

Up to 30 Mile Range

Mohu Leaf 50

Up to 60 Mile Range

2. Subscribe to a Live TV Streaming Service

There are six major streaming providers that offer Live TV Streaming. These allow you to watch election coverage live using iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Chromecast, and Web.

This is the best option for fans that want to watch local channels, as well as the analysis on cable networks like CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, CNBC, Fox Business Network, HLN, and more.
