Tubi Begins Streaming “Ultimate Tag”, Adding Another Fox Series After Acquisition

Tubi continues to add Fox content to the service after their acquisition by the company in March.

After adding “The Masked Singer”, “Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back”, and “LEGO Masters” – now the streaming service will stream “Ultimate Tag.” The show hosted by NFL star siblings J.J., T.J., and Derek Watt, brings the playground game to a new level.

“Sports entertainment enthusiasts are sure to binge Ultimate Tag, with each episode showcasing a level of adrenaline-fueled action that keeps you on the edge of your seat,” said Adam Lewinson, Tubi’s Chief Content Officer. “We’re excited to tap into FOX’s arsenal of premium competition series for Tubi’s viewers to enjoy absolutely free.”

In each episode of Ultimate Tag, everyday citizens compete in the game and must vault, dodge, tumble and dive over various epic, three-dimensional moving courses.

Adding Fox content seems to be working for Tubi. Last week, Fox executive chairman and CEO Lachlan Murdoch said that Tubi “surpassed 200 million hours streamed per month” in June during their Q4 2020 earnings call. Murdoch said it represented “more than 100% growth year-over-year” with “The Masked Singer” being their #1 streamed series.

Tubi has over 23,000 movies and television shows from over 200 content partners. It is available to stream across major devices including Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast, Xbox, PS4, iOS, Android, Xfinity X1, and select Smart TVs.
