Tonight’s prime-time offerings lean more on the comedy side. We have “Schitt’s Creek” followed by “One Day at a Time” on Pop TV as well as “Miracle Workers” on TBS. However, CBS offers a nice balance as it closes the second season of “FBI” with a crossover episode in partnership with NBC that sees Detective Hailey Upton of “Chicago P.D.” make her way to the concrete jungle to help “investigate a drug deal gone bad.”
