How to Sign Up and Download VUit on Sony Smart TV

VUit is available natively using Sony Smart TV. Additionally, you may be able to stream to your Sony Smart TV through Apple AirPlay (2019+ models) or Google Cast (2019+ models).

VUit app on Sony Smart TV

  1. Go to the Home Screen on your Sony Smart TV.
  2. Launch the app store and search for “VUit” on your Sony Smart TV. Alternatively, Click here to install the app.
  3. Select “Download” to install the app.
  4. You can now stream VUit on Sony Smart TV.

Apple AirPlay

  1. Install the VUit iPhone/iPad app.
  2. Make sure your Smart TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone/iPad.
  3. Start playing the content in the VUit app and select the AirPlay icon.
  4. Choose your Sony Smart TV and it will start displaying on your Smart TV.

If you have a compatible TV and you don’t see AirPlay as an option, make sure you update to the latest Sony Smart TV firmware.

Google Cast

  1. Install the VUit iPhone/iPad app or Android Phone/Tablet app.
  2. Make sure your Smart TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Android Phone/Tablet or iPhone/iPad.
  3. Start playing the content in the VUit app and select the Google Cast icon.
  4. Choose your Sony Smart TV and it will start displaying on your Smart TV.
