For the most part, details of Disney+ have been quite hush hush. The company has been quite coy, giving out information about the service in bits—first it’s slate of original content in April, then bundled pricing earlier this month.
Sticking true to their M.O., the company just released a quick, 13-second video on Twitter, with the caption, “Someone asked us to formally introduce ourselves so of course we made a video.” The mini-snippet features clips from all Disney’s popular subsidiaries—Disney Channel, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar and National Geographic—which will of course be housed on Disney+, come November 12.

Disney also announced today that the streaming service will also be launching in the Canada and the Netherlands on Nov. 12 as well. The service will be priced at t$8.99CAD per month (or $89.99 per year) and €6.99 per month (or €69.99 per year. The week of Nov.r 19th, Disney+ will also launch in Australia and New Zealand, priced at $8.99AUD per month (or $89.99 per year) and $9.99NZD per month (or $99.99 per year), respectively.
The company also announced that they have global distribution agreements in place with Apple, Google, Microsoft, Roku, and Sony. This means consumers will be able to subscribe to Disney+ directly via in-app purchase on iOS, Android, Xbox, PS4, Roku, Android TV, and Apple TV devices.
