MLB.TV Unveils Pricing For Shortened Season, Still Free For T-Mobile Customers

MLB.TV, the league’s out-of-market streaming package will cost $59.99 for the entire 60-game MLB season. They will also offer a $49.99 plan for a single team’s out-of-market games. Prior to the COVID-19 shutdown, the service was originally priced at $122 for the entire 160 game season.

The new pricing is a bit more expensive per game than it was originally supposed to cost this season, especially when you factor in a higher percentage of games will appear on ESPN, FOX, TBS, MLB Network — which will be blacked out.

Fortunately though, if you are a T-Mobile subscriber, the 2020 season will still be free. To redeem the offer, subscribers will be able to access an exclusive link from the T-Mobile Tuesday app in the coming weeks.

As a reminder for fans in Canada, Blue Jays games will be blacked out on MLB.TV for fans within the country for the first time starting this season. Live Blue Jays games will now be available to stream on Sportsnet NOW ($20.83 per month).
