NBC Launches WatchBack, An App That Rewards You for Streaming

NBC announced a new app that rewards you for watching clips and shows from NBC Universal properties and partners like NBC, Bravo, CNBC, E!, Tasty, College Humor, and more.

By watching shows and sharing your viewing habits, you will be entered into a sweepstakes where 10 viewers of each episode will win a $100 gift card to stores like Amazon, Best Buy, or Target.

In exchange for the rewards, NBC will be sharing your viewing habits with Nielsen in the hope to they will boost their marketing efforts.

The free app is available for users on both iOS and Android.

DIRECTV STREAM Cash Back
