Norm MacDonald Dies at 61 - How to Stream His Best Movies and Standup Routines
Norm MacDonald was a comic’s comic. He would tell long, winding stories that ended in incredibly ridiculous ways. He was dry. He was Canadian. He didn’t play by the rules of showbusiness. He made fun of OJ Simpson so relentlessly, he got fired from SNL. And today, we’ve learned he died after a 9-year battle with cancer.
If you want to know how revered he was, watch how frequently he makes his fellow comedians laugh so hard, they cry. On one of David Letterman’s final “Late Show” episodes, MacDonald himself began crying when he spoke of how much Letterman meaned to him.
