Pluto TV to Stream Titles From CBS and Comedy Central, Including ‘Survivor’ and ’South Park’

Some 40 TV shows from CBS and Comedy Central will now be carried on AVOD Pluto TV, reports Deadline.

Titles include the first 10 seasons of “South Park,” “Survivor,” “MacGyver,” “Melrose Place,” “Moesha,” “CSI: New York” and “Star Trek: The Next Generation.”

Pluto TV was acquired by ViacomCBS, which is also the parent company of Comedy Central, in January 2019 for $340 million.

With the added CBS-Comedy Central library, Pluto TV claims more than 100,000 hours of content streamed to its 24 million monthly active viewers in the U.S.

Last month, Pluto streamed various ViacomCBS properties, including certain episodes and series, such as “The Twilight Zone,” “The Thomas John Experience” and a “Star Trek” marathon.

The streamer says it expects to end this year with viewership hitting 30 million. It has 250-plus channels and in May, added four new AMC channels.

Pluto TV operates in 22 countries across North America, Europe and Latin America.
