Tonight’s prime-time offerings are action-packed and suspenseful as Saul Goodman continues his miscellaneous dealings in AMC’s “Better Call Saul,” and Judge Lola Carmichael needs to cope with her husband’s new job offer in CBS’ “All Rise.” Things get quite intense on HBO’s “The Plot Against America” as Evelyn Finkel and Rabbi Lionel Bengelsdorf are invited to a state dinner for Nazi Germany’s foreign minister and Phillip Levin has to cope with a neighborhood death.
