After sweeping the New York Islanders, the Carolina Hurricanes will play in only their second Eastern Conference Final since winning the Stanley Cup in 2006. Starting tonight, May 9th, they will face the Boston Bruins who knocked off the Toronto Maple Leafs and Columbus Blue Jackets on their way to the Conference Finals in 2019 NHL Playoffs.

The Bruins have been lead by goaltender Tukka Rask, who took the team to the Stanley Cup Final in 2013. The team’s stars David Krejci, Brad Marchand, and David Pastrnak have all had strong postseasons. The Hurricanes have a strong goaltending duo of their own with Petr Mrazek and Curtis McElhinney, with Defenseman Jacob Slavin and Forward Sebastian Aho leading the way up front.
