Pluto TV has expanded their categories and added 12 new channels to the free streaming service.
Some of those include channels dedicated to “Three’s Company”, “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson” and classic comedies and dramas like “Roseanne” and “Married with Children.”
Over the last few months, Pluto TV has been updating their streaming player and mobile apps with a brand new interface to make navigation of their hundreds of channels easier than ever. The company has now expanded their categories to make it easier to find just the content you want.
The new categories include: Movies, Entertainment, Featured, News + Opinion, Reality, Crime, Comedy, Classic TV, Home + DIY, Explore, Sports, Gaming + Anime, Music, Latino, and Kids.
Since joining with CBS, the ViacomCBS-owned Pluto TV, continues to add CBS content like “JAG” ,”America’s Next Top Model”, “Everybody Hates Chris”, and “Moesha.”
Just last month, Pluto TV shared that the ad-supported service reached 26.5 million domestic monthly active users. This is up from the 24 million active monthly users they reported last quarter and significantly higher than the 22 million they announced the previous quarter.
The streamer is projected to reach 30 million users by the end of the year. The company also revealed that Pluto reached 33 million global monthly active users.
