Twitter to Expand Live PGA Tour Coverage

PGA Tour announced that it has renewed its streaming deal with Twitter to air PGA TOUR LIVE on Twitter. The expanded agreement will air nearly 140 hours of live PGA Tour events across 28 tournaments during the 2019 PGA Tour Season.

The multi-year deal will air 60-90 minutes during the morning hours of all four rounds of PGA Tour events. The PGA Tour will also be launching “Fan Vote Fridays” where fans will be able to vote which one of the two Featured Groups will be streamed on Twitter.

The live coverage will be available world-wide via @PGATour starting with next week’s Desert Classic in Palm Springs. This is the third year in row that Twitter has streamed PGA Tour events — the relationship started with the 2016 FedEx Cup Playoffs.
