Hotstar Hub Now Live on Hulu

If you’d like to binge on the best of Bollywood, Hulu’s new hub should hit the spot. The Streamable reported that the standalone Hotstar would sunset at the end of 2022, but the Hotstar hub on Hulu is active today, and there’s plenty of content to watch.

More films and shows will migrate to Hulu over time.

Content is separated by language:

  • Hindi
  • Telugu
  • Bengali
  • Kannada
  • Malayalam
  • Marathi
  • Tamil

Deadline reports that “Hotstar specials and Bollywood titles will rotate on and off the platform at regular intervals, with the number of total episodes and titles in the thousands.” The roster of Hotstar specials headed for Hulu includes The Empire, Aarya, Criminal Justice, Special Ops, and Indian adaptations The Office and Dil Bechara. The latter is a remake of the 2014 teen melodrama The Fault in our Stars.

Hotstar’s sports content will eventually migrate to ESPN+, including IPL cricket matches.

The best way to gain access to all the Hotstar content coming to both ESPN+ and Hulu is to sign up for the Disney Bundle. This way, you’ll get both services and Disney+ for a great price. You have three different options, outlined below:

1. The Disney Bundle: Disney+, Hulu w/ Limited Commercials, & ESPN+

Price: $13.99 (normally $20.97)

The simplest bundle includes all three Disney services for less than the price of Netflix. While separately they would cost $20.97 a month, with the bundle you can get them for just $13.99 a month.

Price: $19.99 (normally $26.97)

If you just don’t want ads, you can still take advantage of the Disney+ bundle.
