“Sorry, Jack … Chucky’s Back.” That’s the tagline from the Child's Play 2 poster that made it clear that the first one-off Child's Play movie featuring the creepy kids’ doll would ultimately becomea horror franchise. And indeed, Chucky came back over, and over, and over. Now, Chucky is back — again, this time on television.

About ‘Chucky’

We’re back with Chucky in perhaps the strangest fashion imaginable. The Good Guys doll crisis of the 80s that featured a whole slew of deaths for several years — and even shut down the maker of the Good Guy dolls, Play Pals, for a while — has reared its ugly head once more, and this time, after the most insidious of events: a yard sale in the suburbs.

The discovery of a surviving Good Guy doll has brought all manner of folks out of the woodwork with connection to the original murderous Good Guy: Chucky. When the surviving Good Guy doll is ultimately purchased by local boy Jake, all these forces and factions will come together and bring us a measure of truth behind the legends of the infamous doll. Jennifer Tilly (as Tiffany Valentine) and Alex Vincent (as Andy Barclay) return to their original movie roles for the series, as does Brad Dourif, who returns to reprise his role as the voice of Chucky.

After a vintage Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begin to expose the town’s hypocrisies and secrets.
