Altice One announced the launch of its new app for Apple TV today. Customers can now also receive a Apple TV 4K as part of their monthly subscription plan.
The Altice One option is available to its Optimum and Suddenlink customers. They can buy a Apple TV 4K directly from those sites or select retail stores.
Altice One customers who select Apple TV 4K also get a year of Apple TV+ for free. The streamer carries original shows such as “See,” “Little America” and “The Morning Show.” Users can stream live TV, movies or shows On Demand, as well as play back cloud DVR recordings. Voice search via Siri makes it easy to locate channels and programs.
Apple TV+ just added original film “Swan Song” to its roster. It stars Oscar winner Mahershala Ali (“Moonlight,” “Green Book”), who will double as a producer. Production begins this spring; the movie is also scheduled for a theatrical release.
Additional Apple offerings, such as Apple Music, Apple Arcade and the App Store on Apple TV, are included in the deal.
Apple TV 4K is available for through monthly finance offers for $10 a month or for $180.
