The Discovery Channel has once again tapped Mike Rowe for a new “Dirty Jobs” special. The four-episode series, titled “Dirty Jobs: Rowe’d Trip,” brings back the entire original crew as they travel together in a mini-RV once again and reminisce about all things dirty. The special begins today on Discovery at 9 p.m. ET.

In addition to getting the old crew back together, “Rowe’d Trip” will also see them revisit past jobbers and tell new stories, according to Variety. Each of the four episodes follows a specific theme — infrastructure, innovator, isolation and animals.
“Dirty Jobs Forrest Gumped it’s way on the air in 2004 and changed my life forever. What began as a simple tribute to my grandfather, has evolved into the granddaddy of ‘essential work’ programming, and I’m humbled every day by the number of people who continue to watch,” Rowe said in a statement. “Personally, I’ve missed the camaraderie more than anything else – the fun of traveling with a tight-knit crew, meeting the finest people you could ever hope to know, and shooting in all 50 states many times over.”
