This week Peacock announced that they now have 10 million signups since the free streaming service launched.
Now, they’ve revealed what movie and TV shows are coming to the service in August 2020, in hopes to bolster their viewership even further. Some titles include E.T. (August 1st), “Meet The Fockers” (August 16th), and new original series “Hitmen” and “Five Bedrooms.”
They’ve also added a new linear channel called “Unsolved Mysteries: 24/7” which streams the original series that searched for the truth behind stranger-than-fiction stories.
In terms of sports, they will be bringing live coverage of the U.S. Men’s Amateur Championship (Round of 64 through Quarterfinals) on August 12th - 14th.
While you can’t yet stream on Roku and Fire TV, Peacock is available on Apple TV, Android TV, Chromecast, Xbox, PS4, LG Smart TV, and VIZIO Smart TVs.
