Apple TV+ is available natively using LG Smart TV (2019+). Additionally, you may be able to stream to your LG Smart TV through Apple AirPlay (2018+ (webOS 4.0+) models).
Apple TV+ app on LG Smart TV

- Once you’ve signed up, go to the Home Screen on your LG Smart TV.
- Launch the app store and search for “Apple TV+” on your LG Smart TV.
- Select “Download” to install the app.
- Once installed, log in using your Apple TV+ credentials.
- You can now stream Apple TV+ on LG Smart TV.
Apple AirPlay
- Click here to sign up for Apple TV+.
- Install the Apple TV+ iPhone/iPad app.
- Once installed, log in using your Apple TV+ credentials.
- Make sure your Smart TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone/iPad.
- Start playing the content in the Apple TV+ app and select the AirPlay icon.
- Choose your LG Smart TV and it will start displaying on your Smart TV.

Offline Downloads
Apple TV+ has one of the most generous offline access policies. There is no limit to the number of titles or devices that you can download to, as long as it is tied to a subscribed Apple ID.
International Access
Since Apple TV+ is available in over 100 countries, generally all content will be available in nearly every major country. If it isn’t available, you can still watch any content you’ve already downloaded to your iPhone or iPad.
Originals
Apple TV+ currently has seven original shows including The Morning Show with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, See with Jason Momoa, For All Mankind by Battlestar Galactica creator Ronald D. Moore. They will be adding additional shows every month including series from Oprah, M. Night Shyamalan, and J.J. Abrams.
TV Shows
At least initially, Apple TV+ won’t offer any additional shows that aren’t Apple TV+ Originals.
Movies
Apple TV+ will be creating feature films for the service. Initially, the only film available is the documentary, The Elephant Queen, but they will debut Toronto Film Festival Hala and Samuel L. Jackson’s The Banker. They will be working with production company A24 on original films going forward.
Kids
Apple has partnered with Sesame Workshop to create Helpsters, a series designed to help kids solve problems. They will also be releasing animated series Snoopy in Space and a reboot of Ghostwriter.
