Disney+ to Include Every Star Wars Film Within the First Year of Launch, With First Two Trilogies on Day 1
At today’s Disney Investor Day, Disney revealed some of the details of their upcoming SVOD streaming service, Disney+ — including what Star Wars fans should expect. Good news, you will be able to watch every Star Wars film ever made on the service.
The first six films — from the first two trilogies will be available when the service debuts in the U.S. on November 12th for $6.99 a Month. Within the first year, the last three films, as well as Rogue One and Solo will become available.
For Star Wars fans though, one of the most exciting projects is a 10-episode, $100 million series by Jon Favreau called The Mandalorian. Favreau revealed that they had just wrapped production and that the show will be available when the service debuts in November.
