The 2020 NFL Draft is now officially underway. The second and third rounds of this year’s draft will continue at 7 p.m. ET tonight. The draft will be broadcast on the NFL Network, ESPN and ABC.

After yesterday’s eventful draft, many more pro football hopefuls are looking to be picked today. Leading the round in picks are the Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts, Detroit Lions and New York Giants. Although Joe Burrow, Chase Young and Jeff Okudah were the top three picks last night, the second and third rounds still boast a lot of raw talent.
Louisiana State University’s Grant Delpit, Ohio State’s J.K. Dobbins as well as Texas A&M’s Justin Madubuike are among the top picks for the second round. Georgia’s D’Andre Swift, who was projected to be the first running back selected in the draft, is still up for grabs as LSU’s Clyde Edwards-Helaire was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs last night, Newsweek reports.
“A trio of Big Ten edge rushers are also still available after going unselected on Thursday night. Iowa defensive end A.J. Epenesa was spoken of as a potential top-10 pick last season and in most mock drafts, but a disappointing performance at the NFL Combine in February saw him left on the board Thursday night,” Newsweek stated.
This year’s draft serves as a virtual fundraiser called “Draft-A-Thon,” supporting six charities and their respective coronavirus relief efforts: the American Red Cross, the CDC Foundation, Feeding America, Meals on Wheels, the Salvation Army and the United Way.
