How Much Does UFC 251 Cost?

If you are an existing ESPN+ or Disney+ Bundle subscriber, you can purchase the fight for $64.99.

New ESPN+ subscribers will be able to bundle a UFC PPV for $84.99 (normally $109.98). The price won’t just be for the UFC 251 PPV, since you’ll also get a year-long subscription to ESPN+ (that would normally cost $50 alone).

Usman comes into Saturday’s match as the top contender. Not only will he be defending the UFC Welterweight Champion for the second time since winning it at UFC 235, but he comes in as the undefeated champ, currently boasting a 15-fight winning streak.

Usman’s opponent Masvidal comes in as a last-minute replacement of Gilbert Burns, who recently tested positive for COVID-19. Prior to enlisting Burns on the card, the UFC was at an impasse with Masvidal regarding fighter pay, and the organization decided to go with Burns as Usman’s opponent on “Fight Island,” Sporting News reported. However, due to the diagnosis, the UFC had to renegotiate with Masvidal in order for the event to go on Saturday night.

Last-minute changes notwithstanding, Masvidal comes in as a formidable opponent. This will be his 49th pro fight and first chance at a UFC title. He will be looking to continue the momentum he had in 2019, where he knocked out former title challenger Darren Till, beat previously undefeated Ben Askren via flying knee in just five seconds, and defeated Nate Diaz by TKO in the UFC 244 main event at MSG — all in one year.

Also on the card will be Australia’s Alexander “The Great” Volkanovski, current UFC Featherweight Champion, as he goes against former UFC Champion Max “Blessed” Holloway. Russia’s Petr Yan, who’s ranked #3 UFC bantamweight and is currently on a 9-fight win streak will face off against Jose Aldo, former WEC and UFC Featherweight champion.
