Prime time is loaded with comedies tonight. Pop TV sees the series finale of the highly lauded “Schitt’s Creek.” The show closes out with David’s wedding, which may or may not be derailed by mother nature. The finale episode is followed by “Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: A Schitt’s Creek Farewell,” which sees the cast reflect on their five-year, six-season run.

On ABC, “The Conners” continue their long-worn tradition of arguing over money, while the season three premiere of “The Last O.G.” sees Tray trying to make it on his own. And Fox’s hip-hop drama “Empire” airs it’s 100th episode tonight.
