You Can Stream ACC Network on Hulu Live TV & PlayStation Vue Starting in August
On August 22, ACC Network (ACCN) will be the latest college sports network to launch from a major college conference. ACCN is a collaboration between the ACC and ESPN to bring 24/7 programming on the ACC member schools like Duke, Miami, Clemson, Florida State, Syracuse, and UNC.
The network announced today that they already have agreements with Hulu Live TV and PlayStation Vue. While they have deals with DIRECTV and Google Fiber, there is no mention of their counterparts DIRECTV NOW and YouTube TV.
ACCN will air 40 football games per season, more than 150 men’s and women’s basketball games, and 200 other regular-season competitions. Additional events will be available on ACC Network Extra (ACCNE) which is already available on PlayStation Vue and Sling TV.
Streaming services have had particularly strong carriage of major college sports networks like Big Ten Network and SEC Network. Both PlayStation Vue, Hulu Live TV and YouTube TV each carry BTN and SEC Network, while Fubo carries Pac-12 Network and BTN.
