AT&T TV & AT&T TV NOW Expands RSN Coverage With Additions Of AT&T SportsNet, NESN, and MASN
AT&T TV and AT&T TV NOW are expanding their reach of RSNs in a big way, just before the restart of sports.
AT&T has confirmed to The Streamable that they have added six new Regional Sports Networks: NESN, AT&T SportsNet Southwest, [AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh], AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain, ROOT Sports Northwest, and MASN. The latter four channels have never been available as part of a Live TV Streaming Service.
Local Teams on Newly Added RSNs
- NESN: Boston Red Sox & Boston Bruins
- AT&T SportsNet Southwest: Houston Astros & Houston Rockets
- AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh Penguins & Pittsburgh Pirates
- AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain: Vegas Golden Knights, Utah Jazz, & Colorado Rockies
- ROOT Sports Northwest: Seattle Mariners
- MASN: Washington Nationals & Baltimore Orioles
It won’t come cheap, however.
To access the channels you will either need AT&T TV NOW Max ($80) or AT&T TV Choice ($65 + Fees). Those on the legacy “Go Big” and “Gotta Have It” plans will also get the channels.
But, for sports fans, who don’t want TV with a contract or extra RSN fee, with AT&T TV NOW there is at least now an option to watch games locally on AT&T SportsNet Pittsburgh, AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain, ROOT Sports Northwest, and MASN.
AT&T Sportsnet Southwest is also available on fuboTV for $60, while NESN is available on both fuboTV ($60) and YouTube TV ($65).

With the newly added channels, this means Altitude is the only Regional Sports Networks not available to stream.
In April, AT&T added Spectrum Sportsnet and Spectrum Sportsnet LA to bring Lakers and Dodgers games to local streaming for the first time.
While other Live TV Streaming Services are dropping Regional Sports Networks, AT&T continues to add them, making them an interesting option (albeit expensive) for sports fans. But after over a year of subscriber losses, with sports being the main driver to keep your cable bundle, at least AT&T TV NOW is starting to understand who is the right customer for their service.
