ISP Wander Launches Free Platform to Curate Content From Various Streaming Apps All in One Place

Stephanie Sengwe

Wander — a high-speed internet service provider that began in October 2019 — today announced the launch of their free platform Wander Streaming. The content curation service features thousands of hours of movies, TV series, news programs and kids content.

As media companies oversaturate the streaming industry with new services, Wander Streaming aims to help consumers “cut time on searching and go straight to enjoying content all in one place, for free and without the need for purchasing streaming hardware.”

“Wander was built for today’s internet user, including the 40 million cord cutters across the U.S. who are now exclusively streaming,” Wander CEO David Fields told The Streamable. “While the rise in streaming service options has afforded access to more great content than ever before, consumers are also faced with the frustration of searching for and piecing together the right streaming services for their needs. With Wander Streaming, consumers no longer have to jump from platform to platform to discover what they want to stream next.”

At launch, Wander Streaming will include thousands of hours of free, ad-supported content from over a dozen services including Sony Crackle, Tubi, IMDb TV, VUDU, PBS Kids and more. Users can also curate from SVODs such as HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu and watch their content in one place.

Wander comes with a proprietary personalization and popularity index that collects and scores content, curating based on individual tastes. The platform also allows you to save movies by genre and create mood-specific playlists such as “Rainy Day” or “Date Night.” Wander Streaming also comes with a Wander Swipe feature that allows users to either swipe left or right on programming they like or dislike, quickly and easily improving personalized recommendations.

Wander offers its internet service for $25 per month with no data caps, hidden fees or contracts.
