All Quibi Shows Available at Launch on April 6

Jeffrey Katzenberg is about to see his dream realized: Mobile streamer Quibi debuts on April 6. And as streaming rates rise and more viewers are home, Quibi’s “quick bites” idea will be put to the test. He insists: “If you make it and it’s good, they will come.”

To entice viewers, the streamer has released two trailers. The first is for “Survive,” which stars Sophie Turner and Corey Hawkins as the only survivors of a plane crash. They have to battle the elements in the wilderness to stay alive.

It has also released the trailer for the thriller “Most Dangerous Game,” starring Liam Hemsworth and Christoph Waltz. Hemsworth plays a man desperate to care for his pregnant wife before he dies. He accepts a lucrative offer to play a game, only to discover he’s the prey.

Quibi offers two versions: Ad-free for $7.99 and $4.99 for those who accept pre-roll ads.

Quibi offers a wide selection, episodic shows to news, and an impressive list of A-listers, like Steven Spielberg, taking part in the grand experiment, which raised $1.75 billion in funding. The streamer plans 175 shows by year’s end, but as part of its free 90-day trial, Quibi will debut 50 projects at launch, reports Vulture. All are listed below:
