Noggin, owned by Nick Jr., is a VOD app for preschool kids ages 2+. You’ll get access to an expansive library of educational games, eBooks, activities, and exclusive shorts. There are also 1,000+ ad-free full episodes of kid-friendly shows like “PAW Patrol,” “Peppa Pig,” “Bubble Guppies,” and more. Paramount+ does have most of the shows available on Noggin if you’d like a service that also caters to adults.

Noggin is an entertainment brand that launched in 1999 as a joint venture between Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop. The brand originated as a cable television channel and interactive website. Since its launch, it has expanded to a mobile streaming app in 2015.
Review
We tested Noggin and other subscription streaming services for more than 100 hours. Noggin is compatible with Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, Roku, Android TV, iPhone/iPad, Android Phone/Tablet, LG Smart TV, Samsung Smart TV, Sony Smart TV, and VIZIO Smart TV.
Content
TV Shows
There are about 30 Nick Jr. shows with 1,000+ ad-free episodes. Titles include “PAW Patrol,” “Blaze and the Monster Machines,” “Bubble Guppies,” “Shimmer & Shine,” “Blues Clues & You,” “Team Umizoomi,” “Peppa Pig,” “Dora the Explorer,” “JoJo & Gran Gran,” “Kinderwood,” and more.
There’s also specialty educational content like a social justice series called “Rhyme Through Times,” the “Alphabeats” podcast, a Black History series, a variety show, and NASA content.
Noggin has a section with Spanish-language content as well.

Noggin will allow you up to 5 profiles and lets you choose a unique avatar.
Parental Controls
Parental controls or restrictions, like Screen Time, can be accessed through settings in most devices. If you’re interested in what content your child is accessing or how long they are using the Noggin app, you can sign into noggin.com to access the parent dashboard.
Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, Disney+, Max, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount Plus, Peacock, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME, and STARZ also have parental control features.

Noggin allows you to download certain content for offline viewing.
