Can You Stream NFL Sunday Ticket Without DirecTV?
For the 2021 NFL Season, if you want to watch out-of-market games, your only option is still NFL Sunday Ticket. New DirecTV subscribers can get NFL Sunday Ticket for free. While there is a streaming-only version of NFL Sunday Ticket called NFLSundayTicket.TV – not everyone is eligible.
We break down the pricing, plans, discounts, and whether you are eligible to sign-up for NFL Sunday Ticket Online.
Am I Eligible to Stream NFL Sunday Ticket Online?
To stream NFL Sunday Ticket, you will need to live in a dorm or apartment without access to the satellite version of NFL Sunday Ticket. You are also eligible if you are a currently enrolled college student or graduated within the last 18 months.
There are some exceptions that if you live in certain cities, you may be able to access it – but it is pretty hit or miss, whether your address is eligible. We have also heard that if you contact support, they may be able to make your address eligible, if it isn’t.

NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV service is only available to non-DIRECTV customers who live in select multi-dwelling unit buildings (apartments, condos, etc.,) nationwide in the U.S. where DIRECTV service is not available, live in select areas within various metropolitan cities, live in a residence that has been verified as unable to receive DIRECTV satellite TV service due to obstructions blocking access to satellite signals, actively or previously enrolled college students.
How Much Does NFL Sunday Ticket Online Cost?
The cheapest option, Sunday Ticket TO GO, is $293.96 per season ($73.49 / month) -– includes all out-of-market games. If you upgrade to Sunday Ticket MAX, which is $395.99 ($99.99 / month), you will also get Red Zone and Fantasy Zone channels.

If you are a student, you can get Sunday Ticket MAX for $119.99 a season. One nice addition this season though, is that you don’t need to be a current student to get NFL Sunday Ticket discounted pricing. They have added a recent graduate plan, which allows those that have graduated in the last 18 months to still access the service for $100 off the normal price. That means you can get To Go for $200 and Max for $300.
With all plans, you can also add NFL Game Pass for just $49.99 (normally $100), which adds radio broadcast and replays of every game including 45 minute condensed telecasts. They also provide additional feeds like “All-22” angles and Coaches Film.
Can I Get NFL Sunday Ticket with DIRECTV STREAM?
While NFL Sunday Ticket is available with DirecTV, it is not available on DIRECTV STREAM. However, if you subscribe to DIRECTV STREAM, you may be able to add NFL Sunday Ticket Online separately, but signing up directly for the service.
For sports fans, the one major benefit of DIRECTV STREAM, is that you will get your local RSN, including Bally Sports and YES Network, with their $84.99 Choice Plan.
Can I Just Stream NFL RedZone?
If NFL Sunday Ticket is too expensive, you may consider getting NFL RedZone instead. Your least expensive option is Sling TV, which offers it as part of their Sling Blue + Sports Extra Plan ($46), which is available for just $21 for your first month. You will also get NFL Network and Fox/NBC in select markets.
