The Super Bowl, which has taken place the first weekend in February since 2003, will be played at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., as the 49ers and Chiefs battle it out to see who be named champion of the 2019-20 NFL season.
The 49ers come in with a bit of an upper hand as they have appeared in the Super Bowl six times and have won five times, according to the Sporting News.
On the other hand, the Kansas City Chiefs have been to the Super Bowl twice in franchise history and won just once. The Chiefs also lost in the AFC championship game twice, taking the “L” from the New England Patriots last year.
Fox News pointed out that “the most important storyline of Super Bowl LIV will be the matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs offense and the San Francisco 49ers defense.” So expect the Chiefs’ dynamic QB Patrick Mahomes to make big plays, while 49ers’ stingy defense will attempt to contain him.
This year’s match is also causing a lot of buzz among fans because it will available in 4K Ultra HD and HDR for the first time ever. “UHD/HDR content will include the FOX NFL Kickoff Show, FOX NFL Super Bowl Pregame Show and Super Bowl LIV, including the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show,” Fox Sports stated.
