What’s Coming to Disney Plus in August 2020, Including ‘Phineas and Ferb the Movie’
On the heels of its “Hamilton” streaming success, Disney+ is sustaining viewer interest with various Marvel movies, such as “X-Men,” “Fantastic Four” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp,” as well as classic kids fare: “The Muppets” and “The Peanuts Movie.”
To round it out, the documentary “Howard” profiles the great lyricist Howard Ashman (“Aladdin,” “Little Shop of Horrors”), Bryan Cranston (“Breaking Bad”) stars in “The One and Only Ivan,” “Beauty and the Beast” screens to a new generation and “Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe” takes kids on an adventure across the galaxy.
