November on Disney+ means Disney+ Day is right around the corner. On Nov. 12, the streaming service will celebrate its 2nd anniversary with premieres, surprises, and new programs throughout the day. Two of Disney’s biggest movies of the year — Jungle Cruise and Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings — will be available without any extra fees for all Disney+ subscribers on that day. In addition, new features, like the new Disney+ film, Home Sweet Home Alone will be released on that day. In addition, the Marvel Studios 2021 Disney+ Day Special will give fans an inside look at what’s next for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Speaking of the MCU, the new series Marvel’s Hawkeye will begin streaming on Nov. 24. After his last turn in Avengers: Endgame, Jeremy Renner returns as Hawkeye, who teams up with another well-known archer from the Marvel comics, Kate Bishop, played by Hailee Steinfeld.
Oscar®-winning filmmaker Peter Jackson (The Lord of the Rings) brings the long-awaited three-part documentary special The Beatles: Get Back to Disney+ starting on Thanksgiving Day. The docu-series showcases The Beatles’ creative process as they attempt to write 14 new songs in preparation for their first live concert in over two years.
November will bring new episodes of Doogie Kamealoha, M.D. to Disney+. In addition, look for the second season premiere of The World According to Jeff Goldblum, a new documentary special from the universe of Star Wars, just weeks ahead of the series premiere of The Book of Boba Fett, and a new short from the world of this summer’s blockbuster Luca.
