Discovery+ has been available on most streaming devices thus far, now they can add LG Smart TVs to that tally. The two companies announced the new launch on Wednesday.
With the addition of LG Smart TVs, discovery+ is now available on Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Chromecast, Xbox, Samsung Smart TVs (2017+), iOS, Android, and Xfinity Flex devices. discovery+ also recently announced the platform's launch on VIZIO Smart TVs.

LG has been pushing to add more apps to its platform. The HBO Max app was launched on the platform in August.
discovery+ has two plans: $4.99 with ads and $6.99 without ads, after a 7-Day Free Trial. The service includes more than 60,000 episodes of TV from thousands of series with content from HGTV, Food Network, TLC, Investigation Discovery, OWN, Animal Planet, Discovery, and Magnolia Network. It also includes exclusive discovery+ Originals and features notable personalities like the Irwins, Jonathan and Drew Scott, Chip and Joanna Gaines, Bobby Flay, Ree Drummond, Guy Fieri, Giada De Laurentiis, Lieutenant Joe Kenda and so many more - all in one place.
Additionally, the service offers top non-fiction content from A&E, History, and Lifetime, as well as the definitive offering of nature and environmental programming, headlined by exclusive streaming access to the largest collection of natural history from the BBC. It includes hundreds of episodes of content from popular franchises from A&E Networks like The First 48, Bring It, Dance Moms, Ice Road Truckers, Pawn Stars, Ancient Aliens, Storage Wars, 60 Days In, Intervention, and Ghost Hunters.
