The end of the decade is definitely cause of celebration for many of us. Come Dec. 31, there will parties and a host of other events to mark the occasion. While many will spend a night on the town to ring in the New Year, some would prefer to be indoors and celebrate vicariously.

CNN New Year’s Eve Live With Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen
This pair of besties are slowly becoming a New Year’s Eve staple and are back again this year. Cooper and Cohen will co-host CNN’s New Year’s Eve coverage live from Times Square. The broadcast starts at 8 p.m. ET and at 12:30 a.m. ET, they will pass the baton to CNN’s Brooke Baldwin and Don Lemon who will count down live from Nashville’s Music City Midnight Celebration as the Central time zone rings in the New Year.
Performances and appearances this year include Christina Aguilera, Lenny Kravitz, Shania Twain, Patti LaBelle, Keith Urban, 50 Cent, The Chainsmokers and comedian and actress Dulcé Sloan.

NBC’s New Year’s Eve 2020
Carson Daly returns to host the show live, accompanied by Julianne Hough. This year’s event includes performances by X Ambassadors, Brett Eldredge, Julianne Hough, Ne-Yo, Leslie Odom Jr., Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and The Struts. “The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s” Stephen “tWitch” Boss, will also join in on the festivities as a correspondent.
“NBC’s New Year’s Eve 2020” will air from 10 to 11 p.m. ET/PT, and then break for local news before returning for the final countdown from 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. ET/PT.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2020
It simply wouldn’t be New Year’s Eve without “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest.” This year’s celebration marks the 48th anniversary of America’s biggest celebration of the year and will include five and half hours of special performances and reports on New Year’s festivities from around the globe.
Ryan Seacrest once again returns as host and will be joined by Lucy Hale, Ciara and Billy Porter. The show is produced by Dick Clark Productions with Ryan Seacrest, Barry Adelman and Mark Bracco serving as executive producers. The show starts at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
