Xfinity’s Annual Watchathon Brings Free Access 70 Networks Including HBO, Showtime, EPIX, & Acorn TV, Even If You Just Have Internet
Comcast has announced that their seventh-annual Xfinity Watchathon Week will take place from April 8 - 14th. Xfinity customers can watch any and every episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones leading up to the season eight premiere on April 14th, plus catch up on other fan-favorite series such as A&E’s 60 Days In, Acorn TV’s Manhunt, EPIX’s Punk, HBO’s Veep, MTV’s The Hills, NBC’s This Is Us, and Showtime’s Billions from start to finish.
Those with Xfinity Flex, the streaming device and platform Comcast launched last month, as well as those Internet-only customers, can watch a selection of the Watchathon Week programming through the Xfinity Stream App — including shows and films from HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, MTV, NBC, Epix, Acorn TV, Lifetime Movie Club, and History Vault. Xfinity Flex customers can also access the majority of this content, plus SVOD services like Hallmark Movies Now and Gravitas Movies, on the their Flex streaming media player.
