Tonight’s game promises to be high stakes as Orlando SC and Portland are competing for a spot in the 2021 CONCACAF Champions League.
For their part, Orlando SC is vying to solidify their position in the league. Since joining in 2015, the team has never made it to the playoffs and “have cycled through a number of head coaches, the latest of which is the well-respected Oscar Pareja.”
Orlando is led by Portuguese star Nani who scored twice in the semi-finals, while Portland’s Sebastian Blanco is the one to watch on the Timbers.
