Roku Adds Two New First Media Channels, So Yummy TV and Blossom

First Media announced that two of its channels, So Yummy TV and Blossom, are now available on Roku streaming players and Roku TV.

So Yummy TV offers a wide array of food programming. You can enjoy long-form shows, as well as shorter clips filled with kitchen tips and tricks. Unbox’d and Top-Down Challenge are among the shows available on the channel.

On Blossom, you will find creative clips about everything lifestyle, decor, and fashion, as well as DIY projects. Blossom is designed to give young women more inspiration and boost their productivity.

First Media also shares content via Facebook and YouTube. Blossom holds the number one spot on Facebook based on views per post, while So Yummy ranks number two.

The new channels are now available to download on Roku in the US and Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, and Peru. To download So Yummy TV and Blossom, simply navigate to Streaming Channels to open the Channel Store. You can search for the channels you would like to download. From there, you can select Add Channel to install it on your Roku device.

Prior to adding So Yummy and Blossom to Roku, another First Media channel, First by Babyfirst was available on Roku.

“We have seen great results on Roku from our kid-focused channel, First by Babyfirst, and we are confident that So Yummy and Blossom channels will have the same success on the platform, expanding our content offering to the DIY, Home Decor and Food verticals,” said Guy Oranim, CEO of First Media.

“We are happy to welcome So Yummy and Blossom to the Roku platform with their interactive and short-format videos that will surely engage our users and inspire DIY and cooking projects,” said Adriana Naves, Head of Content Distribution at Roku.
