What’s New on Disney+ in June 2020, Including “Artemis Fowl” and “Schoolhouse Rock!”

In June 2020, Disney+ will debut Disney’s new live-action film “Artemis Fowl”, which skipped theaters to stream exclusively on Disney+ beginning Friday, June 12. The film was originally supposed to open in theaters on May 29th, after being pushed from its original release of August 9th last year.

Also coming to Disney+ in June, is the premiere of Disney+ Original series “Into the Unknown: Making Frozen 2”, which will see all six episodes available to stream on June 26th. That same day, both “Tarzan” and “Tarzan II”, as well as “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief” join the service.

For those with kids at home, they will be adding season 3 of “Raven’s Home”, Muppet Babies Play Date, and Season 1 of Schoolhouse Rock.

Disney+ is $6.99 a month after a 7-Day Free Trial, nearly half the price of Netflix ($12.99). The service includes four simultaneous streams, unlimited downloads, 4K streaming across a range of devices, including Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Chromecast, iOS, Android and Web.

The streaming service has a deep catalog including the entire Disney Vault, Pixar and Star Wars libraries, MCU films like “Avengers: Endgame,” and the entire 30 seasons of The Simpsons.
