Deal Extends Streaming Rights to Mobile Devices and vMVPDs
The NFL and CBS announced that they have extended their agreement to stream all NFL on CBS games on CBS All Access through the 2022 season.
This includes regular season, playoff games, and even Super Bowl LIII. As a subscriber, you will receive the NFL on CBS game that is broadcast in your local market.
If you want to subscribe to out-of-market games, you will need to subscribe to NFL Sunday Ticket.
You Can Now Stream on Mobile Devices
As part of the extension, for the first time subscribers will be able to stream NFL on CBS games from their smartphones — which had previously been blocked due to Verizon’s exclusive mobile streaming rights.
You will be able to stream on the following devices:
- Mobile Phones & Tablets (iOS & Android)
- Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, Android TV, and Fire TV
- Playstation 4 & Xbox One
- Samsung Smart TV
Streaming Service Subscribers Can Also Stream Games
The deal also includes access to your local NFL ON CBS games using your TV Everywhere credentials from your Live TV Streaming Service.
